For my son’s college apartment, I was told by one cleaning service that they could not help, but they referred me to Gainesville Turnover Specialist. They answered my call, and scheduled the cleaning within a couple days. They knew the managers of the apartment complex and how to get the key once I called for approval. They showed up promptly on the scheduled day and did a great job cleaning exactly what I wanted. Everyone was professional and prompt.

After multiple calls to other providers, with no shows and no return calls, I called GTS. I received an immediate call back, a professional individual provided me w/ a quick estimate, and a polite, timely, and efficient crew showed up for multiple paint, pressure wash, steam clean, carpet repair projects. Finding someone professional for this kind of work these days is really impossible. No one shows up and if they do, they have zero customer service. Not the case with GTS.

On our most recent referral, GTS painted multiple rooms, repaired some damaged drywall, deep cleaned the entire property, steam cleaned all carpets, repaired a sink fixture, did an ozone treatment to address an animal odor, and spruced up the exterior landscaping. All of that on one estimate and invoice. You cannot beat the convenience of this service!
